Anyone have credit for this? It’s a beautiful image, but I can’t tell who made it, or even if it’s a photograph or a highly realistic painting.

Yahel wants to know who did this, and so do I. It looks like an art installation to me, possibly someone’s interior decor. Might even be something in a doctor’s office or hospital somewhere. Whatever it is, I like it. :)
